Current owner and President, Dave Lykins, began his career in the construction field as an operating engineer. After working for different contractors in the central Indiana area, Lykins Contracting was founded in 1984. Serving the residential and private development market, Lykins quickly earned a reputation for completing, not only timely work, but quality work. Lykins soon expanded into the municipal field, working for many cities and towns in the tri-state area. In 1996, Lykins Contracting became an Indiana Corporation and continues today to serve the Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky areas in underground construction.
